Since 2020, Bernhard Thanner has managed the operational business in Austria and Abdel Karim the office in Dubai. All other property commitments and developments are managed personally by Simon Kikl.

With modern seminar facilities and proximity to Innsbruck, this property is particularly popular among business travelers seeking a blend of convenience and tranquility. It can also be booked as an event location for various celebrations, including birthdays, weddings, graduations and many more. In cooperation with Its Gr8 – an established event and marketing agency – we offer the possibility to plan and organize various types of events.
