The Bonne Apart team expands to 12 members, specializing in high-end residential developments in Innsbruck’s most exclusive locations.

Simon Kikl succeeds in selling his first major commercial project for Bonne Apart in the high double digit million range.

Restructuring of Bonne Apart – Strengthening our operations and focusing on real estate, project management as well as property development.

2011

2010

Relocation of the Bonne Apart headquarter to Kaufhaus Tyrol, Innsbruck – the most central and renowned address of the city. This has been the foundation for our further growth.
