Since the beginning, the team has been committed to brokering premium real estate across all asset classes. In 2020, Simon Kikl expanded his reach by opening an autonomous Bonne Apart office in Dubai, serving the interests of our growing clientele in the Middle EastThis international presence allows us to identify lucrative opportunities in dynamic markets while maintaining the same high standards of excellence.

Beyond real estate brokerage, property development is a cornerstone of our business. We take pride in conceptualizing, developing, and executing projects entirely in-house. This approach is made possible by our exclusive network of seasoned professionals, all leaders in their respective fields. In essence, we only collaborate with the very best to ensure that every project meets the highest benchmarks of quality and innovation. Since 2020, Bernhard Thanner has managed the operational business in Austria and Abdel Karim the office in Dubai. All other property commitments and developments are managed personally by Simon Kikl.

The city apartment hotels are classified into different categories, offering living spaces ranging from 20 m² to 80 m². All properties combine superior-quality furnishings with luxurious interior design, catering to modern travelers seeking comfort and sophistication. Furthermore, all units are fully digitized, enabling self-check-in and access to individual apartments via secure digital codes, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

The country hotel Bogner – located in an idyllic setting at the foot of the Alps – has been the first addition to our boutique portfolio, offering a breathtaking view of the Inn Valley. With modern seminar facilities and proximity to Innsbruck, this property is particularly popular among business travelers seeking a blend of convenience and tranquility. It can also be booked as an event location for various celebrations, including birthdays, weddings, graduations and many more. In cooperation with Its Gr8 – an established event and marketing agency – we offer the possibility to plan and organize various types of events.
